Reading Time: 2 Minutes
We were away for a birthday weekend and on very short notice, I thought I would interview my good friend and leading real estate agent – Michael Taylor from Stanton & Taylor, Penrith.
Michael shares some common pitfalls as well as tips for buying and investing.
His family business has been around for over 60 years so there’s a ton of knowledge to share! (Excuse the sound quality as I left my microphones at home).
I hope you guys got some value out of that!
Thanks again to Michael, for being such an accommodating guest on such short notice.
And again, apologies for the sound quality… those pesky birds (and kids!)

Mr FDU
Totally agree with him saying that being calm and having confidence is an absolute must for buyers, and to be honest for anyone in that industry! Love it!

Thanks Mr FDU, glad you liked it. Buying a property is a huge commitment, so important we don’t get frazzled and trust the process!
