Gday peeps, How’s it all going! February’s here, which means we are well and truly into 2018. Going to be a short post today guys because MrsFrugalSamurai-to-be and I are in the process of moving into our new place, i.e. boxes and sticky tape and shit strewn everywhere like a bomb site. I thought about continuing with the real estate series but wouldn’t have done you all justice considering I can’t even find a cup to drink precious, precious water out of – probably pass out from dehydration at this rate. However, what I will do is share with you 4 lessons we have learnt in moving places which I…

Investing in Real Estate 104 (Structure)
Hi guys! How y’all going? Would you believe it but it’s end of January already! Does time fly fast eh – they say that most New Year’s Resolutions don’t last past January. But I think when you have a steady 9 to 5, active social calendar and fully booked weekend – no WONDER we find it hard to accomplish our goals. Friday night it was “Boyz n the Hood” and last night “Blood in, Blood out” (hence the Spanish twist). CRENSHAW MAFIA YO! ROLLIN’ 60’s YA FEEL! LIFE’s A RISK CARNAL! VATOS LOCOS FOREVER ESE! Man, they just don’t make movies like they used to anymore. I was reminiscing about this to MrsFrugalSamurai-to-be in the middle of “Blood in, Blood out” when she asked me why I was so into “such old movies”. “Because you’re there with them…

Bitcoin! (Part 1)
Hey guys, how’s it going! Tick tock, tick tock – hey what’s that? It’s the clock counting down to the festive season! Yay! Can’t WAIT. Last week of work for me coming up before a couple of weeks off – definitely need the break as everything’s a million miles an hour right now. Christmas will be a God-send (Ho Ho Ho). MrsFrugalSamurai-to-be is working throughout so we’ve decided to stay local. But that’s OK! Most of our friends are staying local this year as well, should be good to catch up with good food, good wine and good times. Following on from the last post regarding our wedding planning journey…
